Casey’s Ice Cream and Candies was established in August of 1999 by Shawn Sullivan. Casey’s was founded on the simple concept of bringing the highest quality products to ice cream and candy lovers. In our kitchens, we use only the finest ingredients obtainable: fresh dairy products from local suppliers, pure cane sugar, wholesome nutmeats, and a unique blend of silky smooth pure chocolates.
Armed with over 70 years of combined candy-making experience, and a never-ending passion for the craft, we carefully blend together these ingredients using old-world techniques, to produce superior fudge and confections – cooked to perfection…..one batch at a time.
…And in case you’re curious, Casey’s was named after the owner, Shawn Sullivan’s oldest niece, who also happens to be his Goddaughter.
